Dad

Lots of us have great dads - dads who play with us, pray with us, and love us. Some of us have not so great dads, and some don't have dads at all. No matter if you have a great dad or no dad, God is there to be your loving father - one who will never let you down.

Like a good earthly father, God the Father helps us learn how to live our lives for him through discipline and guidance. Being disciplined is rarely fun (remember the last time you were grounded?), but God promises that later you'll reap some great rewards if you learn from his lessons.

The God of the universe calls us his children! Realizing that amzing fact should make us want to obey our perfect Father and love him with all our hearts.
